Welcome to Panjpar, a casual card game operated by Engelbaher, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Panjpar mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By downloading, accessing, or using Panjpar, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. About Panjpar
Panjpar is a casual card game that offers both offline single-player gameplay and optional online multiplayer features.

2. Eligibility and Age
Panjpar is a general audience application.
If you are under the age of 13, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Service.
By using Panjpar, you represent that you are allowed to use the Service under applicable law.
3. Accounts and Online Features
3.1 Single Player
You may use single-player features without creating an account.
3.2 Multiplayer and Online Features
To access online multiplayer, friends, or syncing features, you must sign in using Sign in with Apple and create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account.
- All activity that occurs under your account.
3.3 Account Deletion
You may delete your account and associated data at any time through the Settings menu within the App. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed from our servers in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
4. Friends and Multiplayer
Panjpar allows:
- One-on-one online multiplayer
- Friends lists using friend codes
- Game invites and friend requests
There is:
- No chat system
- No user-generated content
- No free-form messaging
All interactions are limited to gameplay state and invites. You may only play with friends you invite or players whose requests you accept.
5. Virtual Items, Coins, and Purchases
5.1 Virtual Currency (Coins)
Panjpar includes in-game currency ("Coins") which:
- Can be earned through gameplay
- Can be earned by watching rewarded ads
- Cannot be purchased directly with real money
Coins have no real-world value and cannot be transferred between users.
5.2 Cosmetic Items and Unlocks
Panjpar may include cosmetic or gameplay customization items that:
- Can be unlocked using Coins
- Can be unlocked via gameplay achievements or events
- May be unlocked via one-time purchases
All virtual items are non-transferable, have no real-world value, and are licensed to you, not owned by you.
5.3 Purchases and Refunds
Panjpar currently offers:
- Remove Ads (non-consumable)
- Premium Pack (non-consumable, unlocks cosmetics and removes non-reward ads)
There are no subscriptions and no consumable purchases. All purchases are processed by Apple.
Transactions are subject to Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions.
Refunds: We do not have the ability to issue refunds directly. Any refund requests must be directed to Apple and are subject to Apple's refund policies.
6. Advertising
Panjpar displays:
- Non-rewarded ads
- Optional rewarded ads that grant in-game rewards
We do not guarantee the availability of any specific ad or that rewarded ads will always be available at any given time.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Cheat or exploit bugs or game mechanics
- Modify, hack, or reverse engineer the app
- Use bots, automation, or scripts
- Circumvent ads, payments, or restrictions
- Abuse, harass, or disrupt other players or the Service
- Attempt to interfere with servers or services
8. Enforcement
We reserve the right to, at any time:
- Suspend or terminate accounts
- Reset progress, coins, or unlocks
- Remove access to online features
- Permanently ban users
- Remove inactive accounts that have been dormant for a prolonged period (e.g., over 12 months) to maintain system performance
This may occur with or without notice if we believe you violated these Terms or harmed the Service.
9. Availability and Changes
We may:
- Modify or discontinue any part of the Service
- Add or remove features
- Change these Terms at any time
Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new Terms.
10. Ownership and License
Panjpar and all related content are owned by Engelbaher, LLC. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial use.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING:
- MERCHANTABILITY
- FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
- NON-INFRINGEMENT
- ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ENGELBAHER, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- LOST DATA
- LOST PROGRESS
- LOST VIRTUAL ITEMS
- LOST PROFITS
- SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS
- OR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
13. Arbitration and Dispute Resolution
Except where prohibited by applicable law (such as within the European Economic Area), any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration, not in court. You waive the right to participate in class actions or jury trials.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
